How do you really change culture and still work within the regulations? Come to this one-day seminar to hear what the experts have to say and what other Ohio nursing homes are already doing about it.

Cost: $50 before March 1, 2007

A $25 fee will apply to all registrations received after March 1, 2007.

Plenary Sessions

All conference members will convene for opening and closing sessions with Carmen Bowman, a former surveyor who is now a culture change author, Eden Associate/Mentor, and CMS technical expert/consultant. The day will close with a question and answer session with representatives from the Ohio Person-Centered Care Coalition Regulations Committee and the Ohio Department of Health.

Introductory and Advanced Tracks

These breakout sessions will provide the opportunity for in-depth training for people at different stages in their culture change journey. People who feel new to culture change, with questions like "How do we begin?" and "What happens in the first year?" should attend the introductory track sessions. People with experience making changes to improve culture, with questions like "What else can we do?" and "How do we overcome our current hurdles?" should sign up for the advanced track sessions.
