To get a feel for what questions to ask, you could also check out the culture change staging tool at My InnerView (click on Log In, then use "guest" for both the username and password).  The staging tool is designed for leaders in organizations to assess where they are on the culture change journey, but consumers can scroll through the questions to get an idea of what is involved.
