The roll call project resumes after a brief hiatus, with Hawaii next up on the list....
I found this very nice summary presentation (opens as a .pdf) about creating an elder-centered culture by Tony Krieg, chief executive of Hale Makua in Kahului (tonyk "at" halemakua.com). Tony is also chairman of the Long Term Care Division of the Health Care Association of Hawaii, and of the Maui Long-Term Care Partnership.
