Last Friday I posted a link to an animated version of the "continuum of direction" as applied to the issue of care assignments. Lots of folks e-mailed saying they appreciated the concrete example of person-directed practices in action. So I created another flash movie, this time about the dining experience (and again based on Sue Misiorski and Joanne Rader's contribution to the Pioneer Institute "Getting Started" pathway).


As I note on this page, it would be great to hear from more folks with examples of how this continuum can be applied to other practices. Either post them in below as a comment (detailed instructions for doing that can be found here -- opens as a .PDF), use the form on this page, or send them to me the old fashioned way via e-mail.
