The Massachusetts Culture Change Coalition convened a statewide educational event that attracted over 500 participants in September, 2006.

The coalition is now organizing regional groups to keep the momentum going and to allow for regular face-to-face meetings of stakeholders in those regions.

Following up on the September statewide culture change conference and months of planning, the Massachusetts Culture Change Coalition invites you to participate in the first round of quarterly regional forums around the state, designed to bring together long term care providers and stakeholders interested in pursuing person-centered care in their facilities. The forums will serve as venues to share information and ideas about culture change and will also provide tools and resources to help you get started or expand on your culture change journey. Your degree of experience is not important; your interest in sharing and learning is!

Each of the first round of forums is geared to facility management - Administrators, Directors of Nursing - and will feature the topic of consistent assignment. Participation is free. We are grateful to our five facility facilitators for their leadership in hosting and planning the forums for their regions:
