Develop an action plan with objectives and actions
Develop a governance structure
Start meeting and working toward your goals
Decide what workgroups you need and recruit them
Have each workgroup develop goals and objective and report back to the steering committee
Celebrate successes

Hello, I have not used this message board before and am wondering if this is active.  It appears there have been no new messages for over 6 months.  

If anyone is there, I'd be interested in starting a discussion on urban CCRCs.
